Meet the tanneries participating in the upcoming edition of Inspiramais

For everyone developing fashion in Brazil, there is one essential starting point for every new collection: Inspiramais. The event will take place on July 7–8 in São Paulo, bringing together trends, expert talks, suppliers, and a comprehensive showcase of innovative materials for footwear, handbags, accessories, apparel, and more. Leather will once again be one of the highlights, with 17 Brazilian tanneries presenting their latest leather collections. The event will be held at Pro Magno Event Center. Registration is free at www.inspiramais.com.br.

Inspiramais is promoted by the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB), the Brazilian Association of Companies of Components for Leather, Footwear and Manufactured Goods (Assintecal), the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (Abit), the Brazilian Furniture Industry Association (Abimóvel), and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil). The event is organized through the sectoral projects developed by ApexBrasil in partnership with these organizations: Brazilian Leather, Texbrasil, Brazilian Furniture, and Brazilian Materials.

Inspiramais designed to efficiently bring together the key information and suppliers for the fashion industry and its professionals, serving designers, buyers, importers, company executives, journalists, and students. Among the exhibitors are tanneries specializing in both bovine leather—including hair-on hides and a wide variety of finishes—and exotic leathers, such as pirarucu fish and python.

This edition of the show is dedicated to the 2027_II season, under the theme Essence. Visitors looking to stay ahead of future trends will also have the opportunity to discover the inspirations for the 2028_I season through the Leather Preview exhibition. The collection will showcase leathers specially developed to reflect the fashion directions expected for the first half of 2028.
